About Us

Vets and nurses can often be stretched with a high workload during the day and are then required to answer calls and attend practice through the night. We've questioned if this is the best approach to providing an out-of-hours service, especially when considering the quality of patient care and the clinician's wellbeing.

This led to us joining forces with other local practices to set up Highland Vet Emergencies.

As part of our commitment to offering clinical excellence and ensuring that your pet receives the best possible care at all times, the team at Highland Vet Emergencies has been formed of vets and nurses from local practices, as well as a small team of dedicated out-of-hours clinicians, to ensure a vet and nurse can be with your pet at all times.
